To all of Michael Jackson’s fans,

We know it has been a little while since we last made any ‘official’ statements or announcements. This is because the entire King of Pop Team has been working hard behind the scenes; planning and putting into action our plans for 2008!

It is with great pleasure that we can reveal to you the following two, new and exciting features, exclusive to The KING of POP Fanclub!

1/ First off, we have today launched our “King of Pop – Daily News Mailshots.”

As of today, you can now receive all of the latest King of Pop site updates, fanclub developments and of course all the latest Michael Jackson news, direct to your email inbox! No scouring the web, no searching through forums or god forbid, reading the tabloids. You don’t even have to visit our website!

Just check your email …that’s it!

Simply enter your email address into the “King of Pop Mailshots” form on our home page and click ‘subscribe’. Once signed up you will receive all of our latest news in one email, delivered direct to your inbox each day!

2/ “King of Pop: The Launch Party Videos” are finally here!

Next up, we are proud to be able to announce that the eagerly anticipated “Launch Party Videos” will finally be released! We have setup a ‘King of Pop Videos’ section on our home page, and will make available over the coming weeks the performances from some of the entertainers who performed at our sell-out Launch Party event, held last August at London’s Hippodrome venue.

We will send out further announcements revealing the new performances as and when they are released.

There has never been a better time to be a member of the King of Pop Fanclub, and we have lots, lots more ‘stored up our sleeves’ in line for 2008 – To become a member today sign up online here.

We have received a remarkable amount of enquiries, emails and PM’s on our forum regarding information about tickets and the event as a whole; All OFFICIAL information relating to the King of Pop Fanclub Launch Party Event can now be read and viewed on our dedicated ‘Events‘ page.

This will be updated with further details of our event and the act list of performers scheduled to perform at the event, as details are released and performers confirmed.

Dear M.J. Fans & King of Pop Members…

We are proud and very happy to now be able to announce…

The Official KINGof POP Fanclub Launch Party!

This launch party will be our first event and believe us when we say: it is going to be OFF the wall!

We invite all King of Pop Fanclub members and Michael Jackson Fans alike from around the world to join us on this, Michael’s 49th Birthday weekend on Sunday 26th August 2007. At this event we celebrate the launch of the UK’s newest and most dynamic Michael Jackson Fanclub along with the King of Pop’s birthday weekend.

Amidst the speculation, rumours, and predictions currently consuming the MJ community, we are happy to be able to officially reveal the following details regarding this event;

The King of Pop Fanclub Launch Party will take place on: Sunday 26th August 2007.
(This is a Bank Holiday weekend.)

Our venue is the superb: Hippodrome in London’s Leicester Square.

Tickets will be available for ordering and more details will be released in an official announcement on our New EVENTS page in the next 48 hours. We have now updated our Contact page with our postal address. Fans & members may post fanmail and letters to this address for the attention of fanclub staff.

We would however like to stress that we unfortunatley are not currently able to forward on any fanmail to Michael Jackson himself.
