Arnie Klein – My Buddy Was Not Michael’s Lover

Posted in: 22nd April 2011

Klein had said that Jackson was gay but that Jason’s alleged relationship with the singer was the only gay relationship MJ ever had.  Klein told us Jason was “the love of Michael’s life.”

But now on his Facebook page, Klein says “Allegations about … Jason being Michael Jackson’s lover are ridiculous.  That story was made up … ”

Klein also scoffs at allegations he contributed to MJ’s death, saying, “I made two interventions on Michael’s Propofol Abuse myself …”

Conrad Murray Juggling 3 Women On Day MJ Died

Posted in: 14th April 2011

According to the docs, Dr. Murray was on the phone with a cocktail waitress whom prosecutors say was his girlfriend … minutes before the 911 call was made.

Prosecutors say the woman, Sade Anding, was in Houston where she met Murray while working as a cocktail waitress.  Prosecutors say the call proves Murray was paying attention to his girlfriend, and not MJ, during the critical period before Michael’s death.  And, prosecutors want to admit a $500 check that Murray wrote to Anding “after the two came back from a social outing.”

Prosecutors also say Murray had communications with 2 other women on the day Michael died, one of whom is a stripper at Spearmint Rhino Gentleman’s Club in Las Vegas.  Prosecutors want to admit text messages between Murray and stripper Michelle Bella sent on June 25, 2009 at 8:30 A.M.  Prosecutors also want the jury to see a receipt for $1,100 — showing what Murray paid for at the Spearmint Rhino the day he met Bella.

A third woman — Bridgette Morgan, also called Murray on June 25, to ask about a plane ticket he said he was purchasing for her so she could fly out to see him.

Michael Jackson Surveillance Video Erased

Posted in: 16th March 2011

The surveillance video of Michael Jackson’s home the day he died has been erased — lost forever, because the LAPD never knew MJ’s death would turn into a criminal case.

The LAPD only copied 4 minutes of footage from the surveillance videos trained on Michael’s house the day he died. The video shows Jackson coming home from rehearsal at around 12:30 AM.

Dr. Conrad Murray’s lawyers will ask a judge today to order authorities to turn over the nearly 24 hours of surveillance video surrounding MJ’s death.

But here’s what we found out. The tape recirculates every 24 hours, and when the LAPD pulled the video shortly after MJ’s death, the case was not a homicide investigation so all cops wanted to do was establish a time line — so the only relevance of the video was showing when MJ entered the home.

We’re told cops never looked at the rest of the surveillance video.

The video would have shown who entered the house and when, on the day MJ died. It will now and forever remain a mystery.

Clarification on Mijac – Sony/ATV Information

Posted in: 22nd February 2011

There have been a great deal of questions regarding the Mijac catalog and reports in the press of it moving to Sony/ATV. Below is an email from Co-Executor John Branca to Jeff Jampol, GM of the MJ Online team, clarifying some of what has been publicized through various media outlets.

Best,

Gayle

Jeff:

I understand that you are being asked a lot of questions about Mijac.

Yes, there is a matching right that Michael granted to Sony/ATV but they only get to administer the catalog for a limited term AND only if they agree to unprecedented favorable terms. We will not relinquish ultimate control and ownership to anyone. We have favorably refinanced the loans on Mijac which will be paid off and the catalog WILL absolutely be passed to Michael’s children as long as we have anything to say about it.

Sony/ATV is a great company and the Estate owns half of it but no one, not even Sony/ATV, will ever own Mijac while John McClain and I remain in charge.

The current Sony team is the one Michael chose to work with on the Thriller 25 release and they are good partners. As stated in the recent court filings, they worked with us to refinance the burdensome debt that had been placed on Michael’s interest in Sony/ATV to very favorable terms, an important achievement which insures that Mijac and Michael’s masters remain secure for the benefit of Michael’s children for years to come.

I would appreciate your sharing this with the fans that are asking questions.

Thanks – John

MJ’s Kids – Murray Couldn’t Have Killed Dad

Posted in: 20th February 2011

Michael Jackson’s children refused to believe their dad died of a heart attack – because MJ used to RAVE that Dr. Murray was the best doctor on Earth.

MJ’s former nanny, Grace Rwaramba, spoke with LAPD investigators in the months after Michael died  … and explained how Murray became a “regular” around the house when the singer lived in Vegas … coming by at least two times a week.

Grace told investigators Michael would constantly brag about Murray in front of the kids — and that’s why after he died, the kids would say, “There’s no way daddy could have died of a heart attack because Dr. Murray is the best doctor in the whole world.”

Grace also said Michael first met Murray through a member of MJ’s security team … and explained  MJ felt he could trust Murray, because the security guy claimed he had some sort of mysterious leverage over the doc.

Dr. Murray: “I’m An Innocent Man”

Posted in: 25th January 2011

Dr. Conrad Murray just pled not guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson, when the judge asked Murray for his plea, he said, “I’m an innocent man, Your Honor,” adding, “I definitely plead not guilty.”

Judge Michael Pastor ruled earlier this month that there is enough evidence to force Murray to stand trial. Today’s brief arraignment is part of this process.
The trial date has been set for March 28, and, if convicted, Murray faces a maximum of four years in prison.

Katherine Jackson Files Legal Documents Against AEG LIVE

Posted in: 22nd January 2011

Katherine is challenging AEG’s motion to dismiss the wrongful death lawsuit against the company.

In her docs, Katherine says AEG retained Dr. Conrad Murray for an “exorbitant salary of $150,000 monthly,” and in return Murray agreed to “get Jackson to attend rehearsals and perform.”

Katherine’s lawyers claim it should have been obvious to AEG when Murray requested CPR equipment at MJ’s home that “the medical treatments being administered risked stopping Jackson’s heart and breathing.”

Katherine’s lawyer continues, “This is hardly the type of risk expected in an ordinary house visit from a family doctor.”

The lawyers claim, “AEG should have known that the course of treatment being administered by Dr. Murray was unorthodox and unsafe.”

Jason Malachi ADMITS it was him!

Posted in: 16th January 2011

Ever since the release of “MICHAEL” the new ‘Michael Jackson’ album last year rumours have circulated regarding the ’3 Cascio’ tracks; Breaking News, Monster & Keep Your Head Up. The tracks had the fan community divided over the fake vocals contained on the track.

Many fans suspected the imposter vocalist was Jason Malachi despite Jason, Sony, The Estate & producers such as Teddy Riley all denying the vocals were fake.

Today however, it seems we may finally have the truth!

On (what may be) Jason Malachi’s Facebook page, he posted the following status:

Jason Malachi admits he faked MJ vocals on MICHAEL

Jason Malachi finally admits what we already knew..

Sheesh guys, I guess it’s time to confess. I’ve lied to many people, including someone today, but…. It was me. It was me who sang Breaking News, Keep Your Head Up, Monster and Stay.

I had a agreement with the record company, but now the cat is out of the bag. Sorry to all my fans, and fellow Michael Jackson fans.

Jackson Fragrance Line On The Way

Posted in: 14th January 2011

Michael Jackson’s father is set to launch a fragrance collection dedicated to his late son.

Joe Jackson has teamed up with a French perfume company to create the male and female scents, called Jackson’s Tribute and Jackson’s Legend, which are inspired by plants grown at the late King of Pop’s Neverland Ranch.

The family patriarch signed the deal with bosses of the Julian Rouas Paris company last month (Dec10), and the fragrances have since gone into production ahead of a 7 March (11) release in the U.S. A portion of the proceeds will given to a number of the late singer’s favourite charities.

The firm’s chief executive, Franck Rouas, tells the AFP, “With Joe Jackson, we are 50-50 partners in world sales, television rights and advertising receipts (for the collection)… We did it very, very quickly. Usually it takes a year.”

A representative for Jackson’s estate has confirmed the project has not been authorised by them, branding it “a Joe Jackson deal”.

Jackson ‘Threatened To Cancel London Shows Without Drug Help’

Posted in: 11th January 2011

Michael Jackson threatened to cancel his London comeback concerts unless he was given drugs to help him sleep on the day of his death, a court has heard.

Detective Orlando Martinez took the stand at a Los Angeles court on Monday (10Jan11) to testify at a preliminary hearing to decide whether Jackson’s personal physician Dr. Conrad Murray should stand trial on an involuntary manslaughter charge.

Murray is accused of administering a fatal dose of anaesthetic Propofol which killed the singer on 25 June, 2009.

Martinez, who interviewed Murray two days after the star’s death, claimed the medic told him he had been giving Jackson the anaesthetic six nights a week for two months leading up to his death, but was trying to wean him off the drug, according to the Associated Press. The cop claims Murray told police that on the day of Jackson’s death, he gave him sedatives lorazepam and midazolam intravenously and supplied a valium pill, but the star complained he still couldn’t sleep.

Martinez quoted Murray as saying, “Mr. Jackson began to complain that he couldn’t sleep and that he would have to cancel his rehearsal and cancel his shows if he couldn’t get any sleep since he couldn’t perform.”

Martinez claims Murray then gave Jackson a dose of Propofol, telling the court, “It was an injection to get him to sleep and a slow drip to keep him sleeping.”

After Jackson fell asleep Murray left the room to go to the bathroom but returned shortly afterwards and “was stunned to see Mr. Jackson not breathing”, according to Martinez.

The singer had suffered a cardiac arrest and was later pronounced dead by medics. Murray has pleaded not guilty to the charge of involuntary manslaughter.

Murray Defense: MJ Drank Propofol

Posted in: 11th January 2011

Michael Jackson may have drank himself to death by consuming a juice box laced with Propofol — at least that’s what Conrad Murray’s defense team suggested in court today.

Murray’s attorney, J. Michael Flanagan, was questioning a Senior Criminalist from the L.A. County Coroner’s Office about the 70 grams of fluid found in MJ’s stomach at the time of the autopsy … fluid that tested positive for traces of Propofol.

Flanagan noted the presence of a juice box on MJ’s nightstand … and asked if it had been tested for Propofol … raising the possibility that MJ was drinking the anesthetic shortly before he died.

The criminalist testified he had not tested the juice box.

So what’s Flanagan’s point? He might be suggesting that MJ was secretly self-administering his Propofol … which would support Murray’s defense theory that MJ accidentally caused his own overdose.

Once again, Thank you all for your persistence and dedication.
Michael would be so proud of us all for standing together and seeing through another victory for respect & decency in his name.

There’s nothing that can’t be done, if we raise our voice as one!
