TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

The following are our Terms & Conditions of Business pertaining to the sale of 'King of Pop' branded merchandise. To place an order you must agree to be contractually bound by, and accept the following terms and conditions, prior to the purchase of any items available for purchase on this website;


1. All products are non-refundable except in the exceptional circumstances that items are faulty and therefore a refund is applicable, providing that the aforementioned items are returned in their original packaging.  The refund applies to the total cost of the product(s) purchased and does not include postage fees.

2. The King of Pop Fanclub is not responsible for any items purchased which become lost or damaged in the post if you have not opted for recorded delivery during the order process.

3. Items are strictly NOT for resale.

4. All order details and delivery charges will be confirmed via email once we have received your order.

I understand that the King of Pop Fanclub retains the right to refuse sales to any one individual at its sole discresion and without reason.
